Section 2
Eligibility — Who Can Use Alone DT

To register and use alone dt, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. alone dt is strictly an adult-only platform. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account immediately closed and all funds held pending investigation under alone dt's minor protection policy.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.

• Self-exclusion: You must not have a currently active self-exclusion on your alone dt account or on any other platform where you have voluntarily excluded yourself and that exclusion covers alone dt.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on alone dt. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.

alone dt reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

Section 3
Account Registration and Verification

When registering your alone dt account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address.
• Keep your registration information up to date. If your mobile number or email address changes, you are responsible for updating your account details promptly.
• Maintain the security of your account login credentials. alone dt will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Do not share your password with any third party.
• Notify alone dt immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.

alone dt is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals. The standard verification process requires a copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). This is a one-time process for most accounts. alone dt may request additional documentation — such as proof of address or source of funds — for accounts with higher transaction volumes or where fraud risk indicators are present.

Verification documents submitted to alone dt are processed securely and used only for identity confirmation and anti-money-laundering compliance. They are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity must be verified before alone dt processes your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods that belong to the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• alone dt reserves the right to request additional verification for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as detailed in Section 5 before they become withdrawable.
• In cases where alone dt suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct, alone dt reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation.

Section 5
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

alone dt offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

• Bonus offers are available to players in good standing. Accounts under investigation or subject to withdrawal holds are not eligible for new bonus credits.

Once you have started wagering with a bonus, it cannot be removed without forfeiting the bonus amount.

Game Rules and Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, exploiting technical loopholes in game mechanics, or coordinating with other players to artificially satisfy wagering requirements.
• Using any software, tool, algorithm, or technique designed to gain an unfair advantage over alone dt or over other players.
• Attempting to access alone dt's back-end systems, payment processing infrastructure, or any part of the platform that is not part of the standard player-facing interface.
• Sharing account access with another person, regardless of consent.
• Using alone dt for any money laundering or terrorist financing activity. alone dt reports suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities in compliance with financial crime regulations.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or any subsequent identity check.

alone dt has the right to investigate accounts where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, alone dt may temporarily freeze account access and transaction processing. If an investigation concludes that prohibited conduct occurred, alone dt reserves the right to permanently close the account and withhold any balance pending applicable legal procedures.

Section 8
Account Suspension, Closure and Dormancy

alone dt may suspend or close a player account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by alone dt.
• A request from the account holder to close or self-exclude the account.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. Dormant accounts will be notified via the registered email address before any administrative action is taken. alone dt does not apply dormancy fees.

When a player voluntarily requests account closure, alone dt will process all pending withdrawals of verified withdrawable funds before closing the account. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

Intellectual Property
